About Us
First, there is no us, GAP Ministries Intl, Inc., without JESUS CHRIST. It is through Him alone, that we live, breathe and love life. He is our Lord, He is our King. We were lost creatures... now through Him... we are His Ambassadors to the World, His vessels to share His love, to help others come into an intimate relationship with Him, bringing healing for spirit, soul and body.
GAP Ministries Founder is Saundra G. Johnson known as "Pastor Sandy". After years of serving the Lord in various ministerial capacities, Sandy had an encounter with God in 1997, where He directed her to introduce people to the reality of
the One who stood in the GAP for us, JESUS CHRIST.
This mandate is accomplished by leading people into GOD'S presence through worship (Conference Events, Healing Services). It is in worship of our Lord that He is enthroned in our praises (Psalms 22:3), meaning, He literally comes and sits down among us! It is in His presence that healing takes place... whether it is healing of our soul- salvation, healing of our emotions- through deliverance, healing of our bodies- from sickness or simply experiencing a renewed surrendering of ourselves to Him. It is in HIS PRESENCE where we find Him!!
During these times of worship, God's anointing and calling in Sandy's life has brought forth fruit in salvations with people developing a true hunger to know Jesus Christ more fully. Signs and wonders follow the ministry of the Word when she speaks as God is faithful to fulfill His promises, Mark 16:15-20. Testimonials have been given where cancer tumors have fallen off, brain tumors healed, eyesight restored, broken bones healed, blown cervical disks healed, complete heart blockages healed, migraines healed, other various diseases healed, and addicts set free all through the power of God and all to His Glory....
Sandy Johnson's Theological studies started out with years of Bible Study attendance at Maranatha Church in Greensboro, NC under the teachings of Pastor James Peter Beck, Jr. (
http://www.mbfellowship.org), she furthered her Theological studies at Oral Roberts University (
http://www.oru.edu), where she was accepted into the Masters of Divinity program. Additionally, she has completed training in Christian Counseling at Light University, and is trained in being a Facilitator of Theophostic Ministry. Further, Rev. Sandy is recognized by the American Association of Christian Counselors (AACC) (
http://www.aacc.net) as a Board Certified Pastoral Counselor. To help the people of the rural county in which she lives, Rev. Johnson provides free Pastoral Counseling Ministry by appointment through a
division of GAP Ministries called the RAPHA Center.
GAP Ministries Intl., Inc is a 501-c3 non-profit Affiliate Ministry of Faith Christian Fellowship Intl. Church, Inc. (FCF) (
http://www.fcf.org), where Rev. Sandy holds full ministerial ordination. FCF's Founder and leader, Rev. Patti Hagin Harrison, the daughter of "Daddy" Hagin of Kenneth Hagin Ministries and Rhema Bible Church (
http://www.rhema.org), now led by Rev. Harrison's brother Kenneth Hagin Jr., are closely associated.
